Please read our terms of use carefully before using your Tiekie Loyalty Card:

  • By registering and using your Tiekie Loyalty Card you accept the Terms and Conditions of the associated Tiekie Loyalty Programme as set out on this web page.
  • Your Tiekie Loyalty Card is valid for use at Tiekie Hardware only and subject to the Terms and Conditions as set out on this web page.
  • You must present your Tiekie Loyalty Card when making purchases at Tiekie Hardware to earn or redeem value.
  • Your Tiekie Loyalty Card has no value until loaded, registered and / or activated at Tiekie Hardware.
  • Any value loaded, accrued or unredeemed on the Tiekie Loyalty Card is subject to the rules, limits and expiry periods of the Tiekie Loyalty Programme. Value loaded onto the Tiekie Loyalty Card must be used within 12 months from when the loyalty value was loaded onto your Tiekie Loyalty Card. IMPORTANT: Any loyalty value on your Tiekie Loyalty Card unredeemed after 12 months will be lost.
  • Tiekie Loyalty Card is not a credit or debit card and remains the property of Tiekie Hardware.
  • Tiekie Loyalty Card may not be redeemed for cash and cash will not be given as change.
  • Tiekie Loyalty Cards are non-transferable and may be used by the registered cardholder only.
  • Protect your Tiekie Loyalty Card and treat it as you would cash.
  • If lost or stolen, a replacement Tiekie Loyalty Card may be issued, and balances transferred subject to the 
  • Terms and Conditions of the Tiekie Loyalty Programme. Proof of identification will be required.
  • Misuse of the Tiekie Loyalty Card may constitute fraud.
  • Tiekie Loyalty Cards may be blocked or cancelled without prior notice due to fraud or misconduct. All balances may be forfeited.
  • These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without any prior notification.
