When I first walked in, I was greeted with a whole lot of smiles, very friendly staff, unbeatable prices. The kind lady at the till even brought me a basket as she saw I was struggling. I now only shop for hardware at Tiekie, they will order if they don't have. Excellent sales staff, friendly helpful. Edit, after a few weeks of first visit. I ordered and bought an INGCO vacuum as a gift for my wife for not giving up on the fight for Cancer, this might seem insignificant, But Tiekie Hardware went out of their way, wrapped the gift up beautifully,when I just asked for newspaper wrapping. it was such an amazing occasion for me. Thank you Tiekie Hardware, especially Amanda. We are so greatfull to be part of your family customer base
