When I first walked in, I was greeted with a whole lot of smiles, very friendly staff, unbeatable prices. The kind lady at the till even brought me a basket as she saw I was struggling. I now only shop for hardware at Tiekie, they will order if they don't have. Excellent sales staff, friendly helpful.
Edit, after a few weeks of first visit. I ordered and bought an INGCO vacuum as a gift for my wife for not giving up on the fight for Cancer, this might seem insignificant, But Tiekie Hardware went out of their way, wrapped the gift up beautifully,when I just asked for newspaper wrapping. it was such an amazing occasion for me.
